MB "Filmai ir kvapai" customer self-service platform "Aromama PL"

MB "Filmai ir kvapai" is implementing project No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-0790 “MB ‘Filmai ir kvapai’ Customer Self-Service Platform ‘Aromama PL’”, aimed at developing and implementing new and innovative pilot solutions for an e-commerce self-service platform used to support product sales and manage orders in the foreign—Polish—market.
During the implementation of this project, the company plans to acquire and implement new and innovative digital self-service solutions for managing sales and orders of its products—aromatherapy cosmetics for the whole family—as well as to integrate a resource management system into the platform. This includes data exchange management and the creation of a pilot digital self-service customer interface (Aromama PL) specifically designed for the Polish market.
The digital solutions introduced during the project will significantly improve customer service quality for international clients, integrate with rapidly developing smart technology processes, and create mutual synergy. All front-end elements and user interfaces will be implemented in the Polish language.
Upon completion, the project is expected to significantly expand the sales market and increase sales volumes.
The project is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, under Priority 13 of the 2014–2020 EU Structural Funds Investment Programme:

MB "Filmai ir kvapai" investments in hand sanitizer production

MB “Filmai ir kvapai” is implementing the project “Investments by MB ‘Filmai ir kvapai’ in the production of hand sanitizer” No. 03.3.1-LVPA-T-859-01-0049 under the action program measure “COVID-19 PRODUCTS LT” No. 03.3.1-LVPA-T-859.
This family-founded company owns the aromáma brand and produces high-quality aromatherapy cosmetics for the whole family. All product formulas have been created in Lithuania by a loving mother and long-time aromatherapy practitioner, Giedrė Veličkienė.
The aromáma line currently includes more than 80 different products, among them organic essential and carrier oils, hydrosols, aromatherapy blends, and cosmetics with essential oils for facial and body care, massage, and hair care.
The goal of this project is to invest in the production of hand sanitizer, which is essential for fighting COVID-19.
During project implementation, investments will be made into equipment required to launch the production of hand sanitizer. This will be an entirely new product for the company, and all acquired equipment will be innovative at the company level.
Upon completion of the project and after investing in the equipment necessary for producing hand sanitizer, the company plans to significantly expand its production capacity, launch new products, ensure top-level quality, and greatly increase work efficiency.
