Refund policy
If the purchased item does not meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, you have the right to return or exchange the item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
IMPORTANT:
- The returned or exchanged item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with an unbroken seal;
- Opened cosmetic products without protective packaging cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons;
- Gift cards and gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable;
- If you purchase goods for business purposes (not for personal use) or in the name of a company, you cannot return or exchange them.
To return or exchange a quality product, send us a message via Facebook or email at info@aromama.lt. Upon request, we will send you a standard return form.
Please note: you must notify us of your intention to return or exchange a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item.
Once you've sent your notice, return the item(s) as instructed in the section “Return and Exchange Procedure.”
Return shipping costs for quality products are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by us.
Return or Exchange of Faulty Goods
If the item is defective or the shipment does not meet the order details, you can return it to us free of charge for a refund or exchange.
Just contact us via Facebook message, email at info@aromama.lt, or by submitting a return form.
Please note: you must notify us of any damage during delivery or discrepancies in quantity or assortment within 1 business day of receiving the shipment.
If issues are discovered later, they will be evaluated under the product warranty terms.
We will review your message within 5 business days and contact you. If the product is indeed defective or there are other discrepancies, we will either replace the item, correct the issue, or issue a refund—at your discretion.
Please note: variations in scent or texture between batches of cosmetic products are not considered defects, as they are made with natural raw materials.
Return and Exchange Procedure
To return or exchange items, please follow these steps:
- Safely package the products to protect them from breaking, leaking, or damage during transport;
- Clearly mark the shipment with your order number. If the order number is missing, we may not be able to identify the return;
- Send the return using one of the following methods:
- By registered mail to: R. Kalantos g. 25A, 52302, Kaunas, Lithuania;
- Via courier to: R. Kalantos g. 25A, 52302, Kaunas, Lithuania.
Once we receive and inspect the returned products and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will issue a refund or send replacement items, depending on your preference.
We only exchange quality products if:
- We have your desired item in stock;
- The price of the item hasn’t increased. If you bought the item during a promotion and it has since ended or the price increased, we can only exchange it if you pay the price difference (by separate agreement).
If we cannot exchange the item, we will issue a refund. If the new item is cheaper than the one you originally purchased, we will refund the price difference.
Refunds
Refunds for returned quality or faulty products (including shipping costs or a proportion thereof) will be processed no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned items.
When faulty items are returned, we will also reimburse the actual return shipping costs, up to 4 EUR within Lithuania or 10 EUR from abroad, regardless of the return method.
Return shipping costs for quality items are your responsibility and are not reimbursed.
Refunds are issued only via bank transfer to the account used to pay for the order. If you paid using a method other than a bank transfer or card, we will refund to your provided bank account.
