Shipping policy

Delivery Methods and Times

We deliver your orders using the method of your choice. 

Abroad: 

  • Orders are shipped via Lithuanian Post as a registered priority parcel. Delivery time depends on the destination country and Lithuanian Post’s delivery terms. 

  • To European Union countries, we also ship via DPD courier service. Delivery time: 2–7 business days. 

Delivery Notifications 
We will notify you via email about any changes in your order status. 
If you have chosen parcel locker delivery, you will be informed about collection via SMS. 
If you have received an email confirmation that your parcel has been shipped, but you neither receive an SMS notification nor the parcel itself within 5 business days, please contact us via Facebook message or email at info@aromama.lt. Please include your order number, and we will help track down your shipment. 
If you placed your order on Friday, you will likely receive your parcel on Tuesday, as delivery services do not operate on weekends. 

Order Collection 
When choosing delivery via parcel locker or Lithuanian Post, you must collect your parcel within the timeframe specified by the parcel or postal service. If not collected, the goods will be returned to us. 
Please ensure that when choosing courier delivery to your doorstep, someone is available to receive the parcel. 
Upon collecting your parcel from a courier, post office, or our brand store, please inspect its condition. If you notice any damage (e.g., torn, crushed, or wet packaging), ask to have this fact and the visible damages recorded in the delivery documents. 
If the parcel is delivered to a parcel locker, check the assortment, quantity, and condition of the goods immediately after collection. If the parcel or goods are damaged or do not match your order, notify us immediately, but no later than the next business day, via Facebook message or email at info@aromama.lt, and we will help resolve the issue.

Delivery Prices 
Exact and final prices will be displayed at checkout, depending on the chosen delivery method. 

Promotion: 

  • For orders of €59 or more, your parcel will be delivered to a OMNIVA parcel locker free of charge (LV / UK only).
  • For orders of €89 or more, your parcel will be delivered free of charge via courier service (LV / UK only).

Payment Methods 

  • In our online store, you can pay using your preferred method: PayPal, Paysera, online banking transfer, or credit card. 

  • No additional fees are charged when paying in our physical stores.
