How to use?
  1. Unscrew the nasal inhaler and remove the white cotton wick.  
  2. Add a total of 8–10 drops of your chosen essential oils to the cotton wick. Peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary, silver fir, myrtle, or thyme oils work great.  
  3. Insert the wick back inside, screw the inhaler shut, and enjoy scent therapy that helps you relax, energize, or unwind — depending on your chosen aroma. You can also use blends like Breathe Freely!, and for sensitive users or children, Sleepy Moon is recommended.  

Make sure to choose essential oils appropriate for your age and sensitivity level.
