The blend combines six aromatic plants: essential oils of eucalyptus globulus, tea tree, thyme, peppermint, lavender, and rosemary. This composition is distinguished by its intense, cool scent — like a breath of mountain air that opens the chest and refreshes the senses.

How to use?

Diffusing in an electric diffuser:
Diffuse Breathe Easy in an electric essential oil diffuser. During the day, add 6-8 drops to the diffuser, and for nighttime use, add 3-4 drops. However, Breathe Easy is more suitable for daytime use, as the intense aroma may disrupt restful sleep. 

Bathing ritual:
Prepare a refreshing aromatherapy bath with Breathe Easy. This is especially effective as the essential oils work through both your sense of smell and your skin. Since essential oils do not dissolve in water, be sure to dilute them with a carrier oil before adding them to the bath! 

Breathe Easy is perfect for use in a sauna! Pour hot water (60-70°C) into a metal bowl, add 20-30 drops of the essential oil blend, and place the bowl in the hottest corner of the sauna to let the steam diffuse. 

Make a wonderfully scented soap! Add 20 drops of Breathe Easy to 200 ml of unscented liquid soap. Shake the container to mix the essential oils with the soap. Enjoy! 

Household:
Give your home an extra touch of freshness! Add 10 drops of the Breathe Easy blend to a bucket of cold water, soak a cloth in this water, and use it to clean furniture surfaces and floors. This ritual is especially beneficial for families with young children who frequently play on the floor.
