How to use?

Diffuser: add 6–8 drops to a diffuser during the day, and 3–4 drops at night. 

Inhaler: enjoy aromatherapy anytime, anywhere! A personal inhaler is a great travel and daily companion. 

Aromatherapy bath: mix 4–5 drops with a carrier oil and disperse into bathwater. Soak for at least 12–15 minutes to allow the oils to work their magic. 

Massage oil: blend with a carrier oil and massage gently into the abdomen, breasts, or lower back. Alternatively, you can choose pre-diluted Cycle Comfort massage oil — safe and ready to use.
