Description

There are days when you need more than just another cup of coffee — you need fresh air for your mind. Energy is an aromatherapy blend designed to awaken not only your body but also your thoughts. It helps restore alertness, boost concentration, and lift your mood when you need it most. 

This blend combines peppermint and Japanese laurel essential oils — refreshing, bright, with a touch of bitterness and a cooling sensation. Peppermint gently revives, while Japanese laurel brings clarity. Together, they create an aroma that feels like a breath of fresh air in a room full of fatigue. 

Energy is especially suited for daytime diffusion — when you need to focus, work, study or recharge. Use it while traveling, at work, or in the morning when you want to start the day with a clear head and renewed energy. 
How to use?

Diffuse in an electric essential oil diffuser:
During the day, add 6–8 drops of essential oil. The sparkling aroma may disturb restful sleep, so we do not recommend diffusing the blend in the evening or before going to bed.

For energizing body massages:
add 10–12 drops of the Energy essential oil synergy to 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g., sweet almond oil), mix gently, and massage onto damp skin immediately after a bath or shower.

For surface cleaning:
add a few drops of the Energy blend to water and use a cloth soaked in this water to wipe all household surfaces and floors. This will give the space a pleasant, inspiring aroma and extra cleanliness.
ATTENTION: use gloves while doing this to protect your skin from essential oils. Do not use at least a couple of hours before bedtime.

To make an air freshener from the essential oil blend: add 45–50 drops of the Energy blend to a 100 ml dark glass spray bottle, fill with 100 ml of water, screw on the spray nozzle, shake vigorously, and spray into the air as needed!

For room aromatization: put a few drops onto a cotton pad and place it wherever you want freshness—closet, cabinet, trash bin.

Not recommended for pregnant women and children under 3 years.

  • Do not apply pure (undiluted) essential oils directly to the skin, as they may cause severe irritation or burns. 
  • Do not ingest or take essential oils internally (unless prescribed by your doctor). 
  • Do not add pure (undiluted) essential oils directly to bath water, as this may cause serious skin irritation or burns. 
  • Never use essential oils in an inhaler. This device breaks essential oils into micro-particles that go directly into the lung alveoli. Such use can cause severe mucous membrane irritation, bronchospasm, or even chemical pneumonia. 
  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. 
  • For infants and children, use only age-appropriate essential oils. 
  • Use essential oils sparingly—the main principle of aromatherapy is “less is more.” 
  • Keep essential oils out of sight and reach of children. 
  • Store bottles in a dark, cool, and dry place, as exposure to environmental factors can alter or reduce the properties of essential oils.
