Lemon Essential Oil

How to use?

Diffusing:
Add 6–8 drops of essential oil to an electric diffuser during the day; 3–6 drops at night.

No diffuser? Make a room spray! Add 50 drops of your chosen oil to a 100 ml dark glass spray bottle. Fill with water up to the bottle’s neck, shake well, and spray as needed.

For Body Use:
Make your own aromatherapy hand soap: add 20 drops of pure essential oil to 200 ml unscented liquid soap and shake well.

Prepare a relaxing bath: mix the required drops of oil with a teaspoon of carrier oil (like almond or jojoba) before adding to the water. Never add essential oil directly to bathwater.

For massage or body care: blend 10 drops of essential oil with 50 ml of carrier oil (like sweet almond oil).

For Home Use:
Add freshness and natural aroma while cleaning. In a bucket of water for mopping or surface cleaning, add 6–10 drops of pure essential oil.

Place one drop of undiluted essential oil on a tissue, plush toy, or pillow corner to enjoy the scent — but avoid direct contact with skin.
