It is extracted from Lavandula angustifolia, grown high in the French mountains at an altitude of 1,200 meters on an organic A.O.P.-certified farm, where the air is dry, the landscape pristine, and the aromas at their most intense.

Did you know that it takes about 1.5 kg of blooming lavender — approximately 2,500 hand-picked flowers from the purple fields of Provence — to produce just one 10 ml bottle of essential oil? The oil is distilled using traditional methods, preserving the plant’s full energy, therapeutic properties, and its uniquely rich, vibrant scent.

Description

Lavender essential oil is a true legend in aromatherapy — its softness leaves no one indifferent. The scent is instantly recognizable: warm, floral, clean, and slightly refreshing. This oil is extracted from Lavandula angustifolia grown on an organic farm in the Provence region of France, at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level. This elevation not only enhances the intensity of its aroma but also increases the content of linalyl acetate, the active compound responsible for its calming effect. 

The lavender is cultivated in the A.O.P. zone, a region with a unique climate: 300 sunny days a year, wide temperature fluctuations (+35°C during the day and +15°C at night), dry soil, and the cold Mistral wind, which naturally protects the plants from harmful bacteria. These conditions allow the lavender to accumulate a maximum amount of beneficial components. 

But lavender essential oil is more than just a fragrance — it is an emotional anchor, inviting calm, gentleness, and presence. It supports your evening rituals, helps you relax, restore your energy, and wake up brighter. Once discovered, it becomes a product you never want to be without. 

This essential oil is ideal for the whole family, from babies to seniors. Its scent balances emotions, encourages relaxation and focus, and improves sleep quality. It’s perfect for evening routines, meditation, or simply unwinding after a long day. Thanks to its gentle nature, lavender blends beautifully with other oils — especially citrus (bergamot, mandarin), chamomile, frankincense, and ylang-ylang. 
How to use?

Diffusion:  
Diffuse lavender essential oil in an electric diffuser. The lavender scent is especially suitable for evening routines. Diffuse it in the evening, before sleep, or throughout the night. Add 6–8 drops of essential oil to the diffuser.  

Recommended aromatherapy synergies:  
Lavender (3 drops) + Bergamot (5 drops)  
Lavender (3 drops) + Mandarin (5 drops)  
Provence Breeze: Rosemary (3 drops) + Lavender (5 drops)  
Lavender (3 drops) + Ylang-Ylang (1 drop) + Orange (5 drops)  

Body Care:  
For tired feet, prepare a relaxing foot bath. Dissolve Peppermint (3 drops) and Lavender (5 drops) essential oils in 50 ml of sweet almond oil. Pleasant sensations guaranteed! NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN!  

Make a wonderfully aromatic lavender soap! Add 20 drops of lavender essential oil to 200 ml of liquid, unscented soap. Shake the container to mix the oils with the soap. Enjoy!  

An extraordinary pleasure is a relaxing bath with lavender essential oil. Treat yourself before bed! Remember, essential oils do not dissolve in water, so they must be diluted first. Add the required number of drops to a teaspoon of carrier oil and then pour the mixture into the bath.  

Massages:  
For newborns in their first months, you can make a tummy massage blend: 50 ml of sweet almond oil + 5 drops of lavender essential oil + 5 drops of mandarin essential oil + 2 drops of chamomile essential oil. Massage the tummy several times a day in a clockwise motion. Suitable for babies from birth.  

For a relaxing massage, mix 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g. sweet almond or camellia oil) with 10–12 drops of lavender essential oil. Massage the entire body before bedtime. This blend is excellent for massages and body care rituals in the second half of the day. Suitable for babies from birth and the whole family.  

Household Use:  
If you don’t have an essential oil diffuser, you can make a wonderfully aromatic room spray! Add 50 drops of lavender essential oil to a 100 ml dark glass bottle, fill with water up to the bottle’s narrowing, screw on the spray nozzle, shake, and spray the room as needed.  

Give your home extra cleanliness and a wonderful Provence scent! Add 10 drops of lavender essential oil to a bucket of cold water, soak a cloth, and wipe furniture surfaces and floors. This method is especially suitable for cleaning areas where babies and small children play.  

If you use an electric dryer, you can scent your laundry with lavender oil. Add a few drops of essential oil to a cotton pad, place it in a fine mesh organza bag, and toss it into the dryer drum with the wet laundry.  

To repel moths and other household pests, apply lavender oil to cotton pads and place them in closets, cabinets, and various corners of your home. Lavender essential oil is a great repellent, driving away mosquitoes, ticks, and other pests. You can apply a few drops of lavender essential oil to the outer layer of thick clothing, pant legs, cuffs, and shoes. The evaporating oil works very effectively!

  • Infants 0–3 months – 1–2 drops  
  • Infants 3–6 months – 2–3 drops  
  • Infants 6–12 months – 2–4 drops  
  • Toddlers 12–36 months – 3–5 drops  
  • Children 4–7 years – 4–6 drops  
  • Children 7–12 years – 5–8 drops  
  • Youth (12+) and adults – 6–10 drops
