How to use?

Pine Essential Oil:

Diffusing: Pine essential oil gently purifies the air, eliminates unwanted odors, and positively affects mood. Its properties are best experienced in an essential oil diffuser. During the day, diffuse 6–8 drops of pine essential oil, at night 3–4 drops. You can diffuse pine oil overnight – its aroma does not disturb sleep. Pine essential oil is also a popular choice for saunas. Pour warm water into a metal bowl, add 20–25 drops of pine essential oil, and place it in the warmest corner of the sauna. Never pour water with essential oils directly onto hot stones – the high heat destroys the therapeutic properties of the oils and may release harmful compounds. High heat and essential oils are not compatible.
Body care: For those experiencing excessive sweating or unpleasant body odor, try a bath with pine essential oil. Pine oil helps regulate perspiration and deodorizes the body. Remember that essential oils do not dissolve in water, so always dilute before adding to a bath! Add the required number of pine oil drops to one teaspoon of carrier oil before pouring the mixture into the bath.
Massages: For relaxing massages or gently warming joint and muscle rubs, mix pine essential oil with chamomile and lavender oils: 50 ml carrier oil + 10 drops pine essential oil + 10 drops lavender essential oil + 5 drops chamomile essential oil.
Household use: Add extra freshness and a wonderful forest aroma to your home: add 8–10 drops of pine essential oil to the water you use for cleaning floors or other surfaces.

6–12 months: 2–3 drops

1–3 years: 3–4 drops

3–7 years: 3–5 drops

7–12 years: 4–6 drops

12+ years and adults: 5–8 drops

Lemon Essential Oil:

Body care: make a fragrant antibacterial soap! Add 20 drops of lemon essential oil to 200 ml of unscented liquid soap, shake well, and enjoy. Lemon essential oil is excellent for oily skin and hair. It helps regulate sebum production and tightens pores. Add a few drops to a small amount of facial cleanser, shower gel, or shampoo without changing the product’s texture. Prepare a mood-boosting aromatherapy bath with lemon essential oil: add 5–8 drops of lemon essential oil to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (e.g., sweet almond or camellia oil) and pour into the bath. Not recommended for children or people with sensitive skin.
Massages: for body massages and rubs, mix 50 ml carrier oil + 10 drops lemon essential oil. Suitable for the whole family! For stretch mark care: 50 ml sweet almond oil + 8 drops lemon + 8 drops pink grapefruit + 4 drops rosemary essential oils. Massage twice daily after bathing while the skin is still slightly damp. Not suitable for pregnant women.
Household use: no diffuser? Make a room spray! Add 50 drops lemon essential oil to 100 ml dark glass bottle, fill with water up to the neck, screw on the sprayer, shake, and spray as needed. Add extra freshness while cleaning: add 10 drops of lemon essential oil to a bucket of water used for floors or surfaces, dampen a cloth, and wipe. Ideal for homes with toddlers frequently playing on the floor. Wear gloves to avoid direct contact with pure essential oil. Lemon essential oil also removes adhesives, making it easy to peel off stickers.
