Description

Sleepy Moon is a calming essential oil blend designed to help create a peaceful bedtime atmosphere. For both the littlest and the biggest family members, scents evoke memories, and restful sleep begins with familiar, repeated rituals. A familiar scent, like Sleepy Moon, becomes a signal for sleep — over time, your little one may start yawning the moment they smell it, making bedtime smoother and quicker.  

Each ingredient was carefully selected to support a calming nighttime routine: 

  • Lavender essential oil is renowned for its gentle scent and its ability to promote a sense of calm. 
  • Marjoram essential oil provides a warm, relaxing aroma that helps create a cozy ambiance. 
  • Rosalina essential oil offers a soft, floral note that adds to the relaxing effect. 
  • Pine essential oil brings a sense of freshness and helps purify the air.  

This blend is ideal for use in a diffuser or diluted with a carrier oil for gentle massages. Sleepy Moon helps foster a peaceful environment where little ones can relax and ease into restful sleep.  
How to use?

Diffuser: 
Add 3–4 drops of Sleepy Moon to an electric essential oil diffuser before bedtime. The oils gently purify the air and fill the room with a soothing scent.  

Room Spray: 
To make a room mist, add 45–50 drops of Sleepy Moon blend to a 100 ml dark glass spray bottle filled with water. Shake well before each use and spray into the air as needed. 
Or choose a ready-made Sleepy Moon Aromatherapy Pillow and Room Spray. 

Massage: 
Create a relaxing massage blend by mixing 10–12 drops of Sleepy Moon with 50 ml of carrier oil (e.g., sweet almond oil) in a glass or ceramic container. Shake gently and massage into damp skin after a bath or shower.  

Bathing:
Add 4–5 drops of the blend to a teaspoon of carrier oil (e.g., sweet almond oil) and pour the fragrant mixture into your bath. Soak for 10–15 minutes to enjoy aromatherapy and come out with glowing skin and a light, refreshed feeling.  
Not suitable for small children or people with sensitive skin.  

If you shower instead of taking a bath, add a few drops to an unscented shower gel or body wash and enjoy an uplifting, citrus-scented experience! Add the oil only to the amount used for one shower to avoid altering the product’s consistency.  

You can also add a drop to an unscented body lotion or cream for a skin-brightening effect.  
Note: Citrus oils increase sensitivity to UV rays, so avoid sunbathing or tanning after use to prevent a phototoxic skin reaction.  

Add a drop of the blend to your shampoo or conditioner for beautifully shiny hair!  

Room Cleaning: 
Add a few drops of Sleepy Moon to your cleaning water when wiping down your child’s room — surfaces, furniture, and floors. This adds both a lovely aroma and extra freshness. Note: Wear gloves to protect your hands from essential oil exposure.
