Sweet Orange Essential Oil

Diffusion: 
Add 6–8 drops of essential oil to a diffuser during the day, and 3–4 drops in the evening. In the evening, always mix it with non-stimulating essential oils such as bergamot, mandarin, or lavender.  

Since orange essential oil is invigorating, it may negatively affect sleep quality.  

Aromatherapy Synergies: 
Orange (4 drops) + Ylang-Ylang (2 drops) + Lavender (2 drops)  

Orange (3 drops) + Bergamot (3 drops) + Pink Grapefruit (3 drops)  

Orange (5 drops) + Peppermint (3 drops)  

Body Care:  
Make a wonderfully fragrant hand soap that children will especially love! Add 20 drops of orange essential oil to 200 ml of unscented liquid soap and shake well so the oil disperses evenly in the soap base.  

Enhance your existing skincare products with the brightening effect of orange essential oil. Add a few drops to unscented body lotion, face cream, shower gel, facial cleanser, or shampoo and enjoy fragrant and effective beauty rituals! Always add essential oils to a single-use portion of the product, as adding it to the entire container may change the consistency over time.  

Prepare a mood-boosting aromatherapy bath with orange essential oil. Add 5–8 drops of the oil to a carrier oil (e.g. sweet almond or camellia oil), then pour the blend into your bath. We do not recommend orange oil baths for children or individuals with sensitive skin.  

Massage:  
Create a beautifully fragrant, invigorating massage oil for body treatments. Mix 50 ml of sweet almond oil with 12 drops of orange essential oil. Mix well and enjoy your spa experience. Suitable for the whole family!  

50 ml of carrier oil (e.g. sweet almond) + 20 drops of rosemary essential oil + 20 drops of orange essential oil.
  
Massage vigorously into the skin right after a bath or shower, while the skin is still slightly damp. Suitable for people with stretch marks. NOT SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN!  

Home Use:  
If you don’t have a diffuser, you can make a wonderfully aromatic room spray! In a dark glass bottle, add 100 ml of water and 50 drops of orange essential oil, shake well, and spray as needed.  

Give your home a unique aroma and a sense of extra cleanliness! Add 10 drops of orange essential oil to a bucket of water when cleaning floors and furniture. Wear rubber gloves and use a damp cloth to clean surfaces. Essential oils not only pleasantly scent the space but also help clean surfaces.   

IMPORTANT!  

Orange essential oil can increase skin sensitivity to UV rays. Avoid sun exposure for at least 12 hours after using the oil on your skin (unless the skin is covered).  

Do not apply orange essential oil (or any essential oil) directly to the skin without diluting it in a carrier oil.  

Orange essential oil is not suitable for pregnant women or those with very sensitive skin.  

When using orange essential oil with shower gels, soaps, or shampoos, always add it to a single-use portion.  

Essential oils do not work well with plastic containers — store in dark glass bottles to preserve their best qualities.
