How to use?

Oil Blend: during the menstrual cycle, use the Feminine Cycle Comfort Oil from ovulation (mid-cycle) until the 3rd–4th day of bleeding. During adolescence and menopause, when the body experiences constant hormonal changes, the product can be used daily. The oil is also suitable for use in late pregnancy (after 36 weeks) and during childbirth. For daily full-body and facial care, we recommend applying the oil to damp skin, pre-moistened with hydrosol, or immediately after a bath or shower. Applying to damp skin allows the oils to absorb faster and more easily, avoiding an unpleasant greasy feeling. 

For external use only! Keep out of reach of children! Store at +5°C…+25°C. 

Herbal Tea: suitable for all women and girls over 10 years old. Infuse 2 teaspoons (3 g) of the herbal blend in 200 ml of boiling water and cover. After 10–15 minutes, strain and wait for the tea to cool to body temperature. We recommend consuming 200 ml twice a day. 

For best results, we recommend using the Feminine Cycle Comfort Oil blend alongside the tea.
